I felt like you could have done a little better on price. Also I have learned that the rustproofing you sold us doesn't work very well

Overall it was a positive experience. Ran into trouble in that the Canyon that they found for us had the dealer installed "All Weather Floor Mat" option. We didn't know (and it wasn't explained) that they delete the carpeted floor mats with this option. The dealer is unwilling to rectify the situation.
